Growing up as a competitive swimmer I developed a love for exercising early on. I went on to run 1 full and 16 half marathons, countless miles on a road bike, and a new found love for my peloton. I also enjoy Pilates, Barre, yoga, and working out in my home gym (I like to mix things up a bit!).
I have relied on exercise as a way to relieve stress for years and for me there is nothing more important or necessary. I continuously work on improving myself - mind and body. Realizing I would like to share my passion with others, I became a certified personal trainer. It is my goal to help my clients with their fitness journeys, too - all while having fun with the process.
